The Cacti Folk ship our items to you via standard or express shipping Australia wide.

We use a combination of Australia Post and courier services for shipping all our items to you. Freight charges are calculated based upon the weight and size of the item which our system calculates for you.

Freight Charges

Freight costs are calculated at checkout & you have to select which shipping method you require.

Items will be sent within 24-48 hours after your purchase. You will receive an email with your receipt of payment plus your tracking ID where you will be able to monitor your parcel.

We do our best to package your items to avoid any damage in transit. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your parcel once in the hands of Australia Post or the courier service, however, we will work with you and the postal service to rectify any issues that you may experience. 

IMPORTANT: ALL shipments are sent with 'authority to leave', including the large parcels, if you would like this to change please leave a note for me in the 'special instructions for seller' area after you select your 'cart'..
