DESCRIPTION: Our Carolina Reaper sauce uses 15% of fresh Australian grown chillies, which provides an excellent yet manageable warmth and building burn. The heat is balanced out with a healthy dose of fresh pineapple, grilled onion, carrot, apple, capsicum and freshly toasted Jamaican pimento berries to give the sauce a distinct Caribbean character.
