SSB Smoked Reaper

SSB Smokers Club is back in session with the latest and hottest member to date; the Smoked Carolina Reaper! Process wise, this sauce was created with the same technique as SSB’s other two award winning smoked hot sauces. Whole pods carefully smoked for 4 hours over a select secret blend of wood chunks, then blended and balanced with a bunch of over goodies to help compliment the smokey, fruity and savoury characteristics of this absolute beast of a hot sauce.

INGREDIENTS:  

Chilli (Smoked Carolina Reaper Average 40-50%), Vinegar, Sugar, Onion, Carrot, Garlic, Tomato, Sea Salt.

FLAVOUR: Smoky notes on the nose from the smoked chillies, with a hit of savoury notes from the onion, carrot and garlic. This sauce delivers the true fruity and feisty flavour of the reaper, balanced out with a touch of smoke, sweetness and refreshing acidity.

HEAT: Extreme (9.5/10). For seasoned chilli heads only!

POUR: Thick pour with a  smooth consistency.

PAIRING: Perfect as a finishing sauce, or to infuse heat in flavour into any dish you desire. Try over your next slice of pizza for one hell of a ride!
